Astrology and the Laws of Karma

Karmic AstrologyAncient astrology preached that heavenly bodies andthe stars have an impact on happenings on earth at both gross and subtle levels.
Sir Isaac Newton also was of the opinion that every particle in the Universe affects every other particle.
The 3rd law “Each and every action has an equal and opposite reaction“, which means that action and reactionare equal. This is the rule of the material world too.

The theory of Karma, which is based on action, is the main theory used to explain why a particular person goes through certain experiences in this life that may not be what he/she had desired for.
Every good or bad action will not go waste or unaccounted for. If not in this life, such accounts will be cleared in future births.

So your horoscope is a powerful information system, which can be used to find out the possibilities in this life.
Based on what hasbeen done in earlier lives, you get a particular type of horoscope.
The horoscope will limit you to a great extent, but knowledge about it combined with some extra efforts will allow you to overcome the hurdles finally.

By doing good deeds, you qualify to get a life ofenjoyments known as heaven.
By doing bad deeds, you qualify to get a life fullof suffering known as hell.
This is the heaven and hell spoken about by all the religions in the world.

According to the Christian belief, there is eternal damnation in hell if you have committed some sin in one life in which case youhave no chance to come out of it.
Moreover, according to Christian belief this life of yours is the first and last, and based on this short life of say 120years you are judged and you will have to be in heaven or hell for eternity(endlessly) on what is achieved in this one life.

But according to vedic thoughts, each time your soul leaves the body, it is judged within 48 days and then goes on to take another birth. This cycle will continue, until you get tired of running after possessions and material success.
You then start investigating the purpose of life and thenseek a Master or a God/Goddess or Yogi to find out more.
This will lead you to salvation, which is the end of the repeated cycles of life and death.

In the Bible Lord Jesus says, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God! Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” (Luke 18:24).

Similarly, we can find explanations about laws of karma and their effects in holy books of other religions like Islam, Buddhism etc.

Astrology is a means by which all thismay be understood properly and lead man to salvation by understanding the otherwise non-verifiable law of karma.
