Dear Viranchi i would like to thank for the wonderful forecast you made. I was in doubt to join the new company in Bangalore. Finally i took the plunge and moved to Bangalore on August 25th, 5 days before the date you had given. Had to switch as the pressure was becoming too much.

Dear Seniors,
I am looking to buy an apartment in Bangalore in this month or next month. Would like to know if this is a good time for me to buy a property for own use. Also another pressing thought on mind is if Bangalore as a location suits me in long term or i will be moving again to another city.  Is it a good time to buy a house and at Bangalore.
