Even if you get a visa, it will be a short term one  (like L-1)
So, if you get it, then go for few months.

If I take this risk, later it is very difficult to come back to Bangalore.
It is not worth joining this new company, if I travel for just few months.

Visa for US is valid for 5years, even in L1.

After taking risk, if I won't get a chance to go abroad, will I be able to come back to Bangalore again?

Already most of astrologers indicated here that your horoscope does not support growth in career, foreign travel etc.
Basically, you have lot of fear inside and only if everyone gives you 'GUARANTEE', you 'might' take some risk.
I 'GUARANTEE' that you wont take any risk and will continue where you are.

If you dont have any job or lost present job, then someone can try to help.
But you want growth in present situation and dont have the dare to take any risk... nobody can help here
