Yogasanas to increase Height Naturally, Grow Taller

The focus of these asanas is to create flexibility while controlling your breath. This flexibility and control will help you gain height on many levels.
However, these methods will work only if your age allows you to grow naturally. After certain age (around 21-22) height growth stops but you can tone your back and shoulder muscles to get a leaner and taller look.Cat Cow Camel poses in Yoga

These asanas help your body to fully decompress from the downward pressure of gravity that causes you to actually shrink.
Once your body is relieved of this strain, the cartilage in your back and joints will start to lengthen and thicken which makes you taller.
They also relieve the stress that causes tension in your back muscles.

STEP 1 : Sukhasana

Sukhasana or Easy pose is the ‘centered‘ position from which all other yoga moves originate.
it tones your lower back and hips, helping the cartilage in those areas to decompress.

STEP 3 : Bitilasana (Cow pose), Bidalasana (Cat pose) & Ushtrasana (Camel pose)

These asanas are popularly used because they extend your spine fully in two different directions.
Begin on all fours with knees spaced evenly under your hips for balance. Inhale as you pull your head up and lower your belly forming “Cow Pose (Bitilasana)“. Exhale, lower your head and arch your back toward the ceiling for “Cat Pose (Bidalasana)“. Breathe evenly as you gently, smoothly repeat these postures, and warm up the back and lower abdomen.
For beginers, these two asanas are enough.

For intermediate and advanced practitioners, the supported backbend, “Ushtrasana (Camel Pose)” involves a backbend that is supported by the arms on the heels. To modify this beneficial posture, place the hands on yoga blocks next to each foot.

Caution : If you have any issues or pain in back, neck, knees or hiatal hernia, then better consult your physician before trying these asanas.

Practicing all these asanas in a sequence everyday will tone your back and leg muscles and will also strech your body to make you look taller.
