Asthma cure and prevention ayurveda

Asthma is a condition in which person’s airways become narrow, swell and inflamed, and also produce additional mucus. Asthma and it’s signs or symptoms can be triggered by various irritants and substances. These triggers are different from person to person and commonly by airborne substances like pollen, dust mites, mold spores, pet dander or particles of cockroach waste. The usual symptoms are coughing, chest tightness and trouble breathing.

Surprisingly the primary reason for asthma is our food habits. Without the knowledge of this people are suffering from the chronic disease asthma. Also it is observed that asthma is caused by the phlegmatic nature of the body at the time of birth, drinking water heavily, eating of sweets that increases phlegm, Exposure to cold air or walking mostly in cool breeze air, consumption of ice creams, cool drinks and refrigerated water for years, working in dusty environment and industries that produce toxic chemicals. Due to this excess phlegm generated will reside in lungs and causes breathing problems and asthma.

Almonds usage for curing Asthma

Take skinless almond seed powder, seedless dried dates, Raisins(kismish) fruits, candy sugar and honey in equal quantities, and crush them to make a paste. Preserve this in a glass bottle. Consuming this 10 grams twice a day or thrice a day depending on the severity of the asthma, will not only solve the problem of asthma, but also increases resistance to asthma in body.

Ginger juice for curing Asthma

Consuming the mix of 1 table spoon of ginger juice, 1 table spoon of honey, and 1/4 table spoon of Himalayan pink salt, 30 minutes before meals twice a day will cure the cough due to asthma and also cold.

Avoidable things to prevent curing Asthma

Consuming cold items, Moving in cool breeze air, Bathing with cool water must be avoided. Heavy physical strain, and mental anxiety and excessive emotional, depression also need to be avoided.Consuming curd or yogurt, fish and potato is not good.

Natural Food for Curing Asthma

Eating old rice (brown rice), old unpolished wheat (atleast 1 year old) and barley will be good. Hot or Lukewarm water must be used for bathing.
