0. If you are trying to register only for Personal Horoscope Readings, then do NOT continue. Refer to point 4. below

1. Users will be warned a maximum of only ONE time for any and all offences. After that, a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 months.
Few regular spammers and their IP addresses will be banned permanently.

2. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username, changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new email account of evade an email ban. Circumvention includes attempting to hack other members accounts and passwords.

3. Permanent bans are a last resort and enough thought is given before implementing them.

4. Remember that this is forum's purpose is not to give FREE horoscope readings.
Also, this is NOT an Astrology TEACHING forum.
Anyone interested in discussing astrological methods or want to contribute in other sections, can register and post in relevant areas. Others can chose to visit as guests only.

5. Requesting for personal horoscope readings in wrong sections, or sending Private Messages to more members repeatedly for advertising or for their personal horoscope readings, will be considered as spamming and will lead to BAN.

6. Arguments, fights with co-members on any issue will lead to a BAN.

7. Discussions leading to sexuality, hatred among religions, countries, races etc will be deleted and members who initiated them will be BANNED.

8. Discussions related to suicides or its tendencies will be deleted, as it requires personal attention and cannot be dealt in a forum.

9. Posting one word/liners like 'thanks' , 'Hi', 'only emoticons' etc which are not related to the either topic under discussion or not related to astrology,just to increase your post count,are considered as spamming and will be deleted.
You need to discuss/disclose your method atleast once before continuing to predict (personal horoscopes or sport events), else posts will be treated as 'speculation' and deleted

10. Copied content from other site(s) will be deleted.

i think more than that new members should be warned about asking general queries in astro reading section
astrologers should not encourage such people

only answer if you think its a genuine problem

its okay for anyone to pose a question in astrology or palmistry section but they have to wait until an astrologer decides to find time and answer them.
There\'s no point in pressing for answer by sending repeated U2Us or making more posts on same query

this forums is now automated to auto delete all orphan threads (which have zero replies and low viewcounts for more than a month)
if no other is responding to your thread or if not many are showing interest in viewing it (less than 20 views in 1 month), it will be auto-deleted.
Also if anyone complains about copyrighted content being copied from other site(s) and posted here, it will be deleted.

this is to ensure only quality threads are retained here and matter copied from other sites are removed.

Suggestion: Add a rule in the Sports forum for users only above 20-30 posts are allowed to view the sports threads like Cricket etc. That way you will have qualified people rather than spammers or people who just register for the sake of Cricket Predictions.

This way even the seniors can participate freely.

A new RULE will be applied from now on : Sports & Games board will be open for everyone (for those interested in discussing other sports than cricket or methods in astrology)
Cricket board will be RESTRICTED to members with 25 or above posts during any ongoing cricket series and will be OPEN during non-cricketing seasons.

Hoping that members will use Cricket board to gain knowledge during popular international series (which reaches more viewers), and not just misuse it for every game played in the world or for betting purposes.

IMP : Do NOT quote long messages just to reply. You can use @ member's name to post reply to a specific member's post.
Anyone making junk posts just to increase their post count will be banned and their posts deleted.
