also i've noticed that doing 'grounding exercise' before sleep, helps a lot

Practice parivartan mudra for sound sleep without having to wakeup or remember any of your dreams

GOOD NIGHT MUDRA (PARIVATAN MUDRA):

Method: Lie down on your back. Clasp your hand tightly, interlocking the fingers. Then with the fingers of the left hand press on the back of the right hand and vice versa. Repeat 27 times.

Benefits: By practicing for 3 days, this mudra cures insomnia and can lead to sound sleep and no bad dreams. The body will rest easily and comfortably.

If you're frequently experiencing bad or disturbing dreams,  place an Alum Crystal (shaving alum) below you pillow and sleep after performing 'grounding exercise' at night.
