Well, it will help you to channel it where you need. It has certainly helped me to focus on some aspects of my life, currently work related.
I have had various phases:
1) tidying up my room following Feng Shui (clearing up my immediate personal space)
2) Tyding up my office (clutter out)
3) Tyding up family business papers
4) Tyding up my father\'s table
5) Helping my mother to tide up wardrobes that needed doing a good clean out
6) Started restructuring my sites (business)
7) Setting up e-business on one of them and starting to do so on a second one
Cool Getting pending medical stuff out the way
9) Getting in touch with friends

6-7-8-9 are still happening. This is a major restructuring, especially business wise which will still go on for quite some time
10 will probably deal with relationships once I get most of the rest out of the way... (probably 3 wks to a month from now)

It has brought major changes in the way of shifting focus and clearing my mind about what has to be done and how.
