2nd marriage as per KP is seen from 2nd house - but why?

Thank you for the reply.I got 6 readers and gone through them...and working on cases to from my end..but there are quite of times..that I am confused in coming to conclusion or some times I am thinking about what to look for..exactly..
This is the only reason,I felt I need to talk to subject matter expertise ...

I can see 2nd house as indicator for marriage because that makes your assets increase as you combine house holds and income.  I would think that 7th house is still indicator for marriage no matter how many have occurred.  I have been married twice....last one 25 years until I discovered he'd been unfaithful many many times.

Can we work upon a chart to predict number of marriages he/she will do. If number of marriages can be predicted successfully, studying spouse other than first will be much easier.
What if we study a chart of female who does multiple marriages ?? which house should be studied for later marriages ?

I would think Elizabeth Taylor the actress (who is now deceased) would be the chart to study.  She was married 8 times.  (Twice to Richard Burton)

2nd house is 8th from 7th. So, 2nd house shows end of partnership with first wife.

But, 2nd house also shows family members and possessions of native. So, every time a person marries, 2nd house shows a possession or increment in family member.

But, for 2nd marriage, we have to see 9th house.
