what does one see/ use to calculate if spouse is cheating on one or not

if she is unfaithful

friend of mine suspects that his wife is cheating on her

DOB oct 17, 1982

 do not have other details at the moment
as not asking for a specific reading

while the above rule also apply for calculation of unfaithful wife

Sick spouse comination - 7th cuspal sub lord indicating 12and 6th house alongwith maraka or badaka. I have checked many charts and it proves accurate.
