i'm 5'1" only and look dark
can i grow taller, plumpy and fairer

i'm 21 yrs old

height growth will stop oncde u enter 20s.

you should have tried methods in your teenage itself.
getting fat may be possible if you eat goog fatty foods and do some yoga to burn it into proper shape.

getting somewhat fair may be possible in ayurvedic methods

you cant grow taller but certainly u can put on some weight.

1.get aswagandha powder and yashtimadhuka powder from any near by ayurvedic shop and mix half spoon of each in a glass of cow milk with jaggery(avoid sugar) and consume it twice a day.

2. massage your body with gingelly oil and cow ghee mixture daily and wait for an hour before bath

3. eat more sweets, cowghee and less salt,spice

4. sleep atleast for 8 hours every night in a relaxed manner

5. have coconut milk and water regularly in summer

will post about improving skin complexion some other time

meanwhile try above methods and let me know results after 3-4 months

hi sushma...

there is a very easy remedy to follow for gaining a better complexion.

in the nights, apply the gel of fresh aloe-vera leaves to your face n wash it vd normal water in the morning. also u can apply to any black spotted area in your body. use as many days u want. it improves skin tone, removes black spots, blach/ white heads, dark circles too.

also avoid chemical soaps. better use herbal bath powder. also apply fenugreek seeds powder (menthulu powder), mix it with water/ rose water/curd as face packs.

note :for even complexion, whatever u r using for face, apply it to the sun exposed parts like neck, hands etc.

for weight gain : take a spoon of AJAMAMSA RASAYANAM, mix it in a glass of luke warm milk n consume. it can put on weight atleast from 3-5kilos a month, depending on body type.

MIND U take luke warm milk only els milk will be broken by which the medicine doesnt effect u.

heyy i can tell you something very interesting which will surely work for you....these products are little expensive as compared to other advertised product but they will work wonders for u
1-use melacare by ajanta for 1month..after 1 month,dont use this creamRS-150

Thanks a lot for the info, could you please advise if these creams have any other names? I live in North America and don\'t know where to get them from, or what are their ingredients.
