4. using 15 gm of aswagandha powder with 1 table spoon of ghee and 2 spoons of misri powder in 1 glass of milk everyday will make a thin, weak guy healthy and strong within 2 months.

From where to get roots of amla tree? whether to take the mix in the morning or evening, before  or after food?

I have seen an amla tree in the neighbourhood and it is about 10 years old plant. but it does not yield any fruit. they said it is male-female problem as its pollen does fertilization on the plants located some where else. could its roots be having potency to be used?

could the powdered amla roots be available in shops, like ayurved, native medicines or some other? some people may find it difficult to find a gud amla tree. or even if they find one, the owner will not allow to cut its root. u cant find amla trees on road sides anyway as it is a cultivated plant.

sorry one more clarification is needed. male virility is different from male potency. i mean virility wud mean inability to hav sufficent strength to penetrate whereas potency wold mean insufficient fluids to impregnate. wanna to know whether the medicines told above are for which purpose.

amla roots are used only to increase vitality, that doesnt mean increasing sperm count

best way to increase both is
mixing 1 spoon of aswagandha powder and 1 spoon of yashtimadhuka powder (both available in all ayurvedic medical stores) in 1 glass (200 ml) of milk (cow milk preferable) and with sufiicient sugar and have it every morning after breakfast

this will keep you as a man even in 60s
