1. Used as anti - depressent.
Its powder should be used with old jaggery to get relief from depression.
2. Aswagandha powder with Yashtimadhuka powder (each half spoon) in cow milk daily twice will stimulate sexual power.

daily 1 spoon of aswagandha powder mixed with 200 ml cow milk will keep stamina going all day and you wont look old even in 50s

till you find any aswagandha product online, you can use ginseng supplement
