A mixture of lemon juice, zinger juice and honey is effective for daily eye care purpose. Pure rose water brings relief to tired eyes and cleans it. Eating 1 tbsp of fennel seeds with honey is helpful in gaining power of the eyes.

Make sure to splash fresh water 2-3 times in the day. You may use a gentle eye cleaning tonic every day to de-stress eyes.

Use it for eye wash any time, best in morning, or at bed time.

follow steps 4 and 5 (except rubbing with raddish juice)

thats triphala water(warm).
this brown colored warm water is good is used to wash eyes and face too.
It helps in controlling dark circles, puffiness under eyes, improves eye sight too.

men who dont grow enough moustache or beard hair even after into 20s, wash those areas with this water for natural and proper hair growth
