MHA has allowed stadiums to be open from today but without spectators. Does it mean IPL 2020 will happen with empty stadiums after 1-2 months when domestic air travel will open ?


Right now the options are :
1. In India (2-3 stadiums only) with only Indian players
2. If international players are allowed to travel, then IPL 2020 in Sri Lanka or UAE (depends on covid situation in India)

Looks like it is possible that some cricket can happen somewhere after July 1st when Jupiter returns to its own sign

Nothing will happen till end of June. There is some hope later but definitely some action can be seen in last quarter of 2020

I agree with Varenya. England cricket summer is gone but in europe Bundesliga started with empty crowds. Positive tests are expected to be treated as regular injuries, followed by a two-week absence.
Germany has tested 1,724 player+staff and 10 were positive for coronavirus.
IPL can also happen is similar lines but only 1-2 months after domestic air travel starts functioning.
T20 world cup can also be organized late in 2020 but Australian government is hesitating.
CPL can also happen with only caribbean players in august-sept.

Once ketu moves into scorpio, it will open door for some international sports (September 20).
But mars retrograde during September-november will cause differences and clashes between boards/countries/players.

It appears that australians have given up hope of T20 world cup, despite having 7000+ corona cases (only 500+ active cases today) and being a sealed island.
Indians on the other hand are hoping IPL 2020 in that window even after having 73000+ active cases (as on today).
It is silly that cricket australia does not want world cup in oct-nov but thinks that there is 90% chance of India tour in november !

Brainless aussies want to host 3 T20Is with India in early october and again a test series from november, but does not want to host T20 world cup from late october !
I am sure the issue is not covid-19 but it is more related to $ and few settlements to be done between ICC and BCCI.
Or BCCI is making CA do this, so that they get window to play IPL 2020 in october

Mars enters pisces (20 june), Jupiter re-enters Sagittarius (1 July).
So the combined period is in July 2020. To be more precise, when Sun also transits JUP owned sign or nakshatra, which happens after 6 July (sun in punarvasu)

+1.. Windies are going to England for 3 tests which starts from 8 july. Lanka is ready to host India and Bangla for a triseries in July. Trinidad has almost zero active covid cases and ready to host CPL in August.
At this rate Aussies should be able to host T20 world cup in late october (unless they are scared or other secret issues with BCCI)

No decision will be taken now as 4 planets (sat, jup, ven, merc) are retro from tomorrow till 25 june.
Only speculations and vague statements can be made.
Clear picture comes around 12 July or later when Merc Rx ends. Venus Rx ending on 25 june gives hope for BCCI to still host IPL
