Rat bit me in dream while protecting my dog

Hello Friends,
 Last night i had this dream wanted to know the meaning or get some signals/hints

I had a dog when was little called julie ( it was a boy dog white Pomeranian)
In my dream my dog was running around and a big RAT came running behind it and i ran to rescue the dog and hold my arms around the DOG/Julie and rat was trying to bit the dog so i was telling to rat no do not bite my dog if you want bite me and the rat bit me on left hand once and right hand once.
what does this mean? please let me know

rat is deceit or dirt or evil or a jealous person expecting something bad to happen to you and who is which is around you but you couldn\'t completely get rid of it.
like we cant eradicate rats easily in home.

dog is your sixth sense or positive power or someone loyal and close to you.

so may be you just took a bite or insult to save someone closer

some incidents happening in your personal life may clear the picture now for you.

dear tara, you are surrounded by jealous people in neighbourhood or relations
your other post about new found mole above upperlip and this rat dream shows jealousy and evil eye around.
Also you are jealous of some people too
