lotus, gold, light(deepam), mirror, sun, fireless burning coal, red colored things, sandal, sea,fields,mountains covered by clouds, cow with calf,self,s right palm,wife/be-loved persons.

seeing tabla(a musical instrument) results in good time.

on watching mirror it will gain in happiness,knowledge,wisdom,self-control,improvement in stamina.

by watching black hen, elephant, gudi-gopuram, greenary leads u in peace.

on watching any of the above will definetly keep ones mind peaceful. keeps active all day.

there is this hidden bliss behind it.

I feel seeing or remembering your ishta devata and then seeing all the four or 8 directions and praying them. Then see your own both the palms and then touch your face by both the palms.

I remember going to a Bal Vikas kendra in mid 80\'s and was taught a shloka which i wd like to share with u all.
After you wake up,sit in the bed in Sukhasan with folded hands, open your palms and recite the below mantra once. The first line of mantra means goddess lakshami lives in forefingers. Second line says that centre portion of palms has goddess Sarswati, and the main portion of palms gives you glimpse of God Krishna.

And the shloka goes like this:-
keragrey vaste lakshami
karmadhya sarswati
kur mule to govinda
prabhate kur darshnam

Good information provided. When I saw my face in the mirror after wake up on that day I got so many losses. This happened 7 times. May be this is incidental. So from that time I am watching god\'s photo. That will give good results. Even if you see your loved ones, mirror but not your face.
