Starwberry milk - low calorie

Ingredients
Low fat paneer - 1 cup
Low fat khoya - 1/2 cup
Assorted nuts (finely chopped) - 1
tablespoon
Sugar free tablet - 1
Strawberries - 10 pieces
 
Method
1) Grate paneer and sugar free tablet. Stir in a dry pan for one minute.
2) Grind 5 strawberries to get a mushy liquid. Add khoya and sugar free tablet and strawberry mixture in a dry pan and stir and blend together for 1 minute or till it thickens enough to make a mould
3) Halve the remaining strawberries and keep them aside
4)Shape the khoya mixture into small balls and then cave in the sides to open up like a motak.
5) Now stuff paneer mixture into it and garnish with halved strawberries and nuts.
