nowadays obesity has become a very major problem...tis trick might help every person and it helped me too..
the best way to lose weight is shake ur head right and left wen someone offers u food
  :P sorry i was kidding

1st step : horse gram ...in tamil it s called as kollu... take a handful of it and soak it in water for beginners i suggest a half hand filled....cause it is very effective.....soak it at night so tat it'l be done by morning

2nd step: eat the horse gram in the morning some in the morning and some in the evening.....it gives more strength tooo...
 
i tried it myself and i lost nearly 15kgs in 4 months.......
and wen u start taking tis gram start eating some of the zero calories items like cucumber carrot cabbage etc..........

The best way to loose weight is by checking your calorie intake. Figure out your daily requirements and work accordingly.
