as women knew mensus is the best process for women which keeps them out of bad n dirt in blood n body.

to make this process result in good and strengthen nerves n organs, there are very few but important food habits to follow. dnt worry they are very simple to take up ;)

well..

women are supposed to eat onli

1) boiled n mashed moong dal(pesarapappu) with a pinch of salt + ghee in rice.

2) avoid spices completely.

3) avoid buttermilk/curd extremly for unstinkingness.

4) do not eat papaya or pineapple for those it bleeds heavy.

5) make a habit of having 1 sunni unda(urad daal laddu)/chimli every day

isnt it simple..???

i think its the most neglected aspect of today\'s women
they constantly consume these pills and take excuses of marriages, parties, work, festivals, holidays with family, temples etc

i think using indian cow\'s milk is much better than jersey cow

A couple of days is nothing to worry about. It\'s possible that the stress of losing and then gaining quickly might\'ve been responsible for it, or it could just be a natural variance. Cycle length is rarely set in stone, stress can affect it, too much exercise, not eating properly, or your body can simply be responding to natural fluctuations in its own cycles.
