remedy to get missing periods

there are many pills available for preponing, postponing, avoiding periods but no pills to bring back the missed one.

for this i know few remedies which are natural n working obviousli

1) take a spoon of any ghee, mix a half spoon of haldi to it. now apply this to vagina as deep as possible. can also use cotton for application.

2) have a piece of raw cinnamon, swallow its juice n chew finally. do it before going to sleep in nyts.

note:  this works in 5-24hrs.

the best i know is using Five Leaved Chaste Tree\'s roots.
clean its roots and make a paste and swallow them after dinner.
early morning periods will come back:blush:

yea.. few more tips here...

1) dry dates - 10gms, sonti (in telugu)- 10gms
     dry n powder the above ingredients separately but  with seedless. mix well both powders.
          now have 10mg of powder with 1/2 cup of luke warm milk before lunch n dinner. its good if u give 1hr gap from medication to lunch.

2) get vavili roots n make paste with some water. then add that paste in 2ltr boililn water. boil till water comes down to .25ltr. then filter n drink it b4 sleep when it is lukewarm.

3)black seasam paste - 50g.  add it to 0.5ltr water. boil till it gets too 0.25ltr. now add 25g jaggery. mix well n have.

4) mango bark-40g, honey-20g.
     clean n dry the bark in shade for atleast 5-8hrs. then boil the bark in sufficient water till it looks like brown coffee.
   filter n add honey to it n have lukewarm b4 sleep.
