Hallo everybody, a Husband and wife had purchased a House two years ago, the Husband died in sept. 2012, then in Jan 2013 she  sold it to a person who made a contract with the Bank for the Payment. Only when the amount is transferd to the lawyer´s Account (Notar), then only she gets her Money. By this time only one part is payed. Some old relations of that Property have claimed for that house and it is getting problems.
The widow has given the Kp nr. 175 to know when she gets the rest Sum.

horary can answer only yes or no for present situation.
for number 175, 2nd lord saturn is retro and 7th lord mercury too is retro.
property related 4th sublord venus is in 8th house which is not helping much.
there are 5 planets in gemini which are totally opposing her.
horary answer is : NO because of delay (retro planets)

if she wants to know when this issue will be solved in future, she has to consult an astrologer with her birth data so that her future dasas and transits can be checked

because its lagna sandhi when DST is applied for april date

using horary number given and birth data, the other party will try to test her patience for as long as possible.
she has to compromise else wait for another 7 years for this issue to settle in her favor
