I know that Jupiter in Gemini (in birth chart) will make a person develop interest in native language and also an expert in atleast 1-2  other languages.
This can be more in number depending on mercury's position too.

But, does Jupiter give same effect of interest in languages for everyone during this transit ?
Or will it be more for those with JUP return and less for others ?

This Jupiter's transit between 30 may  - 28 june 2013 is auspicious to people born with moon in constellations (nakshatras) of Mrigasira, Chitra, Dhanista, Jyesta.
