 i felt 99% points are excellent & very much useful & i am in process of spreading,sharing the above things to people around me to the maximum possible extent.but i am adding few things while saying them like ("lying to your self"  PLUS "avoid lying always instead decrease number of lies day by day") etc. Feeling a bit hard to explain few above points to few elder people.

for all those women on the verge of motherhood but scared of normal delivery because of labour pain associated with it, here is some good news. Doctors at the Femina Womens Hospital, Banjara hills conved the message that for those who cannot endure labour pains for a longer time, help is at hand to make them experience painless normal delivery. Dr.K.Swarajya Laxmi Medical Director, says that the painless delivery was possible through administration of epidural analgesia to the women after she set into labour."Epidural helps to relieve the pain while the women is fully conscious and helps in reducing the stress associated with the labour pains,"It would help the women to get back to her routine as quick as possible after delivery.Painless delivery has to be constantly monitored by experienced and trained anaesthetist, along with the gynaecologists,obstetricians.Though the rate of C-section has been on the rise,  90% of obstetricians believe in normal delivery unless the situation warranted it. With women postponing motherhood till late thirties, with conditions like obesity,diabetics and hypertension becoming common, chances for normal delivery are becoming less.Dr.Hema Bindu,CMD,says 70% of deliveries in their hospital in the last one year were painless deliveries.the difference in the fee charged for normal and painless normal delivery is Rs.5000.

varenya ji i would like to say one big thing that she was forcefully married on 12/5/2013 but she is staying away from him as he & her parents have forced her to marry him even after she said "i don't like you/him". Till November 2014 i cant do anything(bad time). From 1st day of marriage she is waiting to leave him thinking that i will marry her after bad time. So now there are two things (1)if i keep calm things will go as she likes (2)if i say "live your life even if its hell" she has to forget me.I feel my decision carries a lot of weight and it would be better if its ASAP. i could explain this situation in much clearer & deeper way but i don't know how far seniors would feel it is very serious issue so i preferred to keep it short........thank you......

she got consulted to a specialist at indo american hospital at banjara hills and the doctor said ""its very small issue and it need not be taken serious there are many similar issues which are much serious but your problem is very small u can just take few tablets and it vanishes gradually"".

her name is sandhya dob:5-10-1988, 11:45am Wednesday (i think its karkataka rashi,ashlesha nakshtram),her dad had married another women & kept in the same house running two families its the same story as every one knows how a 2nd mom treats other kids.my friends mom always keeps mum what ever happens at home its other wise in her 2nd moms case,my friend  was in love with a guy for 1.5years & now they split due to many reasons & one among them is her dad was forcing her to marry other guy (her bava) and not interested in marrying her to boyfriend .her  dad & 2nd mom had even hit her a month back on this issue now they want her to get married soon but she is not able to decide what to do,which would be a good decision to be made,she herself feels very unlucky all the time,yesterday i came to know from other source that she has a cyst in her chest & she didn't care much about that but that's a serious issue which their family found out 3 yrs back,people say those surgeries are life risking,and as usual she thinks she is unlucky & keeps saying ill die soon.can any one say some thing about her life,like when is the right time to get married or who is it or will cyst problem go easily from her body ,,,,is she really unlucky....i am  daily trying to keep her thinking positive.i felt my self to say something that is truth ,fact ,to her but i shouldn't run out of words or ideas in keeping her calm so please say something about her...thank u
