i just want to add some things my family believes in with candles that can maybe help somsone out there
1.always pull the wick straight up before you light it

2.if you want to dress the candle with oil then do it by putting the oil on your hands and start with both your hands on the middle and stroke the candle in opposite directions.

3. if you want to add oil for added power then after u pull the wick straight up get the oil and pour 3 drops right onto the wick

4. get a nail (like the ones u hammer with ) and carve your wish into the wax of the candle

AANNND ....

5. i was told that when you turn a candle off never blow it out you have to lick your fingers and squeeze the flame out.
