living the same life once again

namaste everyone,
sometimes i just feel that i am living the same life once again , many a times from childhood i have been experiencing moments where i feel that this thing has happened with me before , i have been through this thing before also , i know this is strange
i just feel that i have been in those exact situation before   ! can someone tell me that is it the past life karmas that are doing this ?? i feel this is definitely related to my past life

it might be intuitve.
we only face results of karma from past lives.
some incidents may be similar because they have to give results based on them

It\'s purely your intuition. If you do some meditation daily and can develop good concentration, you can foresee many things. It\'s not that you are re-living the same life again.

I also go thru the same. Many times I used to sense in advance of each and every dialogue I and others were going to speak. In fact I\'ve said these things in advance to people around during those times. Even last Saturday, this kinda thing happened in my house. I was speaking with my Mom and started sensing what\'s happening next as I had them in my dreams a month back itself. I told this to my Mom and said my friend would come to my house then wearing red color Tee-shirt and would come and speak about this topic. My Mom didn\'t believe it in the beginning. But it happened after 10 mins itself to my Mom\'s surprise.

thanks bhavaniji and gauranggroupsji , gauranggroupsji you mentioned that if i meditate i can forsee things , you wont believe it sir but i actually have thought about it but then wondered oh come on you are a human and to forsee things is not humanly possible but its wonderful to know the experience you shared with me , maybe its possible then but i dont think i am even half of what you are ,i truly respect u sir, it might need a lot of concentration and meditation !

Human mind is the most powerful and dangerous thing in the world. If we learn the art of controlling it, we can win anything. There\'s a saying. \"One who have learnt to win himself can win any enemy easily as one\'s own mind is their biggest enemy of all\". So don\'t think like Humans can\'t foresee things and all. We can, if only we try.

I\'m not doing much of meditations and stuffs these days. I used to. I have tried many things in the past right from Concentration Meditation, De-concentration Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Alpha Meditation, Chanting, etc. But the bad thing about me is I\'m not continuing it now. I have to.

So don\'t think like I\'m good and you are not. I\'m also like you only. Only difference is I\'ve understood this little earlier and you are understanding it now. That\'s it. So keep going. All the Best!

just read it seetaramji ! ill try and meditate as gauranggroupsji said , lets see what happens
