Strong desire can able to fulfill our wishes in next Birth

Good Day.

I heard it in some speech, if a human have very strong desire, which will fulfill at least in next birth.

i.e  if my strong desire become a I.A.S - but due to several reasons it was not materialized.

if i have very strong desire / wish - will my desire fulfill in next birth or...?

I closely observed few people before death, they expressed their un-fulfilled desires, in this case what will happened.

If you strong desire for something, try and use your subconscious mind to take you towards your goal. May be you can achieve it in this birth and dont have to wait for the next. Read the discussion below posted by seniors.

people love there missed ones so if any one expires ...can we find out at what time,date,year and place do they reborn ? can we find out through astrology ? if the answer is yes how can we find out?
