How to sell the house ?

Hi,

We've been struggling to sell our house for a longtime. It is not the price that is stopping the potential buyers but somehow even if they are interested to buy the house they are not coming back. There is a small vasthu issue but everyone said thats negligible.

Kindly let me know if there is a remedy that can be followed to sell the house.

Hi,

My brother and I were trying to sell our ancestral house for the past 2 years. Somehow, even though people like it and ready to buy, we are unable to sell. To give some examples.

1) A person agreed to buy our house, gave us the advance amount and with in a month, he got notices from IT department for tax issues. He immediately cancelled the agreement.
2) Another person liked the house and agreed on the price. He applied for loan and got rejected thrice. He said he cant buy the house unless loan is approved.
3) Another Buyer saw the house and told us that he will give advance tomorrow morning, he didnt return or picked up the call. When we enquired, we came to know that he gave advance to buy a  house the same day he saw our house.

We are really unable to understand what is wrong after all we lived happily in the house for over 30 years.

My brother is in a financial crisis and pinning hopes on this house for a long time to come out of the problems. But it is not just happening.

Kindly suggest some remedies or any vaasthu tips to sell the house quickly.
