Business or Job!!! Confusion

Hi,

Greetings to Senior members

My DOB is 07/07/1981 ,time 11:16 AM , Place Jaipur(Raj.)
Presently I m working in pvt bank as assistant manager but to bad economical conditions there is no scope of future growth in coming years.
I'd worked in various companies since 2005 but I hadn't reach that level where I want to be...
Now I m thinking to go in father's financial business but little bit confused about future prospects , should I quit the job & enter into business completely or continue the job for a couple of years more!!!

Could any senior member read my chart , kindly help & advise me on this...

I m currently in Rahu mahadasha(till 2021) Venus antardasha

Wait for 2nd half of 2017 and then take a decision on quitting the job.
2016 is not helpful much (atleast till october)
