Caesarean Dates for Baby

hi have a question, if you could help
I got married in 2007, we are expecting a baby in Feb\'10, due to breech position of the baby we have to go for Caesarean delivery.

what would be the best day/time for baby birth, to ensure no threat to both baby/mother, also best planetary position for the child

tentative dates between 13-20 feb, not on Sundays,
preferably timing Morn 8-10 am

3. feb 18th - same time above

4. feb 19th - 10:15 am - 10:45 am

before 10AM on those dates, Ascendants and its lords are not favourable

a baby girl was delivered on 19 feb , morning at 10:17

the mother is better now with pain reducing & the princess is very fine
Planning to name her \"Etashi\", her moon sign is Aries, ( alphbets - A,L,E)

since she was born on 19, etashi also adds up to 19.

have other options lile Aasmee, Aisha, Arshia
