Facing hardships in Career

I am facing issue in my career at this moment. I am travelling back to India next week from US. My H1B application currently picked up. When can I go back to US again? and how is my personal life as well

For atleast another 2 years+ you may not go back to USA.
Saturn is giving some hurdles and troubles for another 1 year+
Financially, it can be better after 3 months from now
