birth time

Hello Friends,
  My son\'s DOB is May 24th 2002 born in North carolina ( America)
he is in 2nd grade now, we are trying to put him next year in his old school where he did his KG and 1st grade, which is very far from house but still very good school.

Now he is going through ....sade sath .... just has started..... will he get a seat in his old school next year for 3rd grade? please  advice.....
