marriage probability?

Dear astrologers,
I have been reading a lot about jyotish but am far away from understanding a chart, even my own.

As I have had only failures in my relationships I wonder if it is only because of the constellations in the chart, or maybe a family curse or something.

DOB December 9, 1965, 5:09 am Rio de Janeiro DST, +2 hourse Brazil, Lagna is 9*51 Sco, for sure
Navamsa Lagna is Virgo

I am running Sa/Ve dasa until September 2012...

and have had in the meantime during this dasa 2 very disappointing relationships...almost got ill myself because of disappointment and deception.

I am wondering is it my bad luck, my chart or what that I can not have a fulfilling relationship which would lead to a marital union?

Some astrologers have predicted that 2012/2013 will be quite better but I really have no hope and started to think of myself as a real loser in this area.

What is your opinion? Is there really a possibility of getting settled with someone next year? Or is it another relationship with a bad ending...and no marriage at all?

Dear JayTee, my Asc is 9 Scorpio according to Jagannatha Hora and many other programs, because the time in Brazil was 2 hours daylight saving time from Greenwich so it is not Libra at all, checked it many many times...
Does this change anything

still it shows only affairs but nothing materialising into marriage because saturn dasa is only partially favorable but upcoming bhuktis of sa/sun, sa/moon are not fav.

one biggest chance will come in sa/mars (around 2015 summer) when transits are also somewhat favorable but even if it happens, it wont last for long.

better to stop planning/thinking about it

Dear JayTee, so you are saying no possibilities at all, even if there is one it won't last long? Is my chart so bad? Are there remedies? I have seen many people have ups and downs in their marriages but still stay together no matter what the problems they might have.

Does this mean I will stay alone all my life and become a grudging old woman? Because of my age this is very very disappointing

One astrologer told me during 2012/13 there is a possibility according to K.P. system which I don't know how to either use nor interpret, he told me precisely this:
Between 2012-13 as sun's sublord is mars and moon's constelaltion lord is mars and Mars being in 2nd H, supports a family formation. Also rahu in 7th house signifies moon as its in constellation owned by moon. So all matters related to 2nd(family) and 7th(spouse) will happen between 2012-13.
