Married Life and Profession disturbed !

My distant relative (uncle) is going through tough days in both profession and married life since past 5 years.
DOB : 05 July 1967
TOB : 10:02 AM
POB : Delhi
Can someone suggest why his wife is behaving strangely these days and if at all his past glory (professional) will return.
What about his kids (2 sons)

Did he get married around november 1997 ? and his wife born with moon in visakha or poorvashada nakshatra .
His Saturn Dasa started in mid 2011and nothing will go in his favor since then.
Prime/Peak of his life is over between 1995-2011. His wife's recently raised income will be his problem (his income could be lesser than hers).
Some property loss happened around 2012-13 due to family pressure.
2nd son will become a headache when he grows up. 1st son will do better.
Wife can chose to live seperately (or in different room in same house) for few years after his personal secrets are discovered by her.

He gave back inherited property due to family pressure 3 yrs back.
