Need guidance for my brother

Respected sir and all members .
My brother has been facing a lot of problems since Feb 2015. He was pursuing b.c.a but have  left the college life . he has faced alot of problems in personal life.the financial condition of their family has gone down  and things have been worse day by day. Everything in which he invested money went in vein.
Now he is planning to do bscit from vellore June 2016. Will this course help him in his future ? He consulted many people they said he is facing rahu dasa...please help him and guide him how to go though all of this. When will these  days end ? What kind of job will favour him ?
