Hello all learned members - Am learning KP method and i have some doubts (especially in using Ephemeris)in the Kp method could any one suggest an astrologer in Hyderabad where i can clarify my doubts,not regular classes but where in weekends i can meet and clarify my doubts.

Because understanding astro and learning it are different

i would ammend that rule slightly.

If 9th cusp sublord is strong significator of 2,9,11 houses then one becomes successful astrologer.
If it only signifies 2,11 but not 9, you will understand astrology and may be able to predict few things but you cannot master the subject or you cannot predict everything confidently.

why 9th house connection ?

9th house is related to our past life and its karma.
If our 9th cusp sublord is significator of 9th house itself, then we gained intution and knowledge to look into future in  past life itself and its results will show up in this life through our knowledge in astrology.

For such people astrology becomes easy to learn. They do research and form new rules and become popular for their predictions.

But they will make astrology as their primary profession only if 10th sublord and its significators are also connected to 9th sublord, else it will be a hobby only.

sometimes astrology becomes primary profession for some people in few dasas only(like prof.krishnamurti was not practicing astrology since young age) and it can be known through 10th H significators.

Traditional astrology says you need to have good venus and mercury to learn astro but you dont need mercury now as it only helps in calculations(which is done by software today) and venus gives you other professions too

I have a doubt here. Is this the only rule to become an Astrologer? Or is this one among many rules and is a primary rule?? Because one of my friends who is a good traditional astrologer. I checked his horo after reading this rule. His 9th cusp sub lord is Moon which is the significator for houses 4 and 7 only. But he has got good name with the people who have consulted him earlier. But Astrology is just a hobby for him and he is in to IT field.

this is a primary rule and most important.
If your chart satisfies this rule, you can foresee events and will have strong intuitve power and your dreams will show you future.
For such person, knowledge of astrology is not necessary. They can even do facereading

@gaurang, your friend can only look at charts of people who consult him.
He cannot predict events like elections, tsunamis, cricket matches etc or do horary charts for people without DOB etc

His ability is limited

You are right again, Mr.Seetaram. He\'s a traditional astrologer who uses \"Vaakya Panchangam\". He doesn\'t believe in KP system. Hence he can\'t predict the events like elections and cricket matches and also he doesn\'t know Horary Astrology too. But he\'ll read the chart well.

My 9th cusp sub lord is Venus which signifies houses 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6. Which means I can\'t become a good Astrologer?
(Saturn and Kethu are the significators of the 9th Cusp. Both Saturn and Kethu signify houses 3, 9 and 10.)
 
But I\'ve got little intuition and also most of the incidents happening in my life are shown to me earlier itself in my dreams. When things are happening, I\'m able to recollect each and every dialogues are foretold in my dreams. In those times, I\'ll be knowing that this will happen next and he / she will speak this next. I dunno how.

Even though I don\'t have the above said rule fulfilled, how this is happening to me? Do we have any other rule for that??

9th is intuition, 2nd is ability to speak confidently about predictions
11th is success in those predictions

so for someone to become succesful astrologer, they need 9th cusp sublord to be significators of those houses.
If its connected to 8th house, he will think, see and talk only negative because of the fear he carried from his past life and he cannot be succesful astrologer

To be a complete astrologer, you need to understand all systems, ayanamsas, panchang ganit methods, able to predict mundane events along with personal charts too.
Just limiting yourself to human charts is like not enough.
He can be compared to a palmist who can only predict something only after seeing a palm
