I need to do registration for house i bought in 2010, it got delayed by 3 years, expectedly possession might be in 2015-Q4, (hopefully)
I am planning to register in joint name of myself and my wife ,
my question is
should i register in only my name or include my wife, dad or mom or my 3 yr old daughter ( any one or two)
Asking purely in terms to avoid any further delays, hurdles and ensure it is beneficial and prosperous for all 5 of us

The house issue is concerning me a lot, We had booked this place in June-2010, as it stands construction has stopped and my hard earned money is stuck, it is giving me sleepless nights
we did registration last November in my and my wife's name
Can please somebody share when can i move into a new house- this or other- i am considering buying an alternate one as i dont see much hope and will i manage my finances to do so..
Mine is a very peculiar case, doing decent in my profession but still finances remain a concern , i have been told up-downs will be part of my life but is there a way to minimize it

I wish i could show you a miraculous way, but i dont see it.
Your best chance to occupy new house is when saturn transits mars owned sign (Scorpio) between nov 2014 - jan 2017.
But dasa is not totally favorable for it.
Ultimately your fate is allowing house to come into posession after 3.5 - 4 yrs

However, house should come into posession in between 2015-16, though there is a slim chance in 2nd half of this year, i dont think its strong enough to materialize

My house problem persists as suggested by some of you,
Finally i have decided to go for a new house in next two months , planning to movie-in by May end
Will be under very high amount of loan , as I have already paid most of my savings in an earlier project 5 years back and it has stopped mid-way
I mostly will be deciding the house in next few weeks and processing loan in april end
Any guidance if this event will go auspiciously, or can i take any precaution, pooja to ensure , this goes smoothly

If you plan to do so, then time betweeb 20 may - 10 june is good for you.
However, loan is not easy to be cleared as expenses seem to mount till 2017 oct.
From 2018, loan will be cleared in installments but additional expenses will ease out a bit

we had booked a house on 4th June 2010 in a redevelopment project , till date we have not seen any construction,
Along with 100+ other owners we recently registered an FIR against the builder , can I hope to have possession of the house in near future as it is my hard earned life savings - should I do any mantra for same
And with my Saturn Mahadasa coming any suggestions for that as well

We ( nearly 120 house buyers) had filed a case against builders in court and got a favourable result , expected handover in Nov2019 (as suggested by Sasirekha) / thank you

You should get that house. You (group of owners) must have already won the case. Even in supreme court, you should not lose.
But as Saturn and its related planets in 8th house, nothing comes easy or smooth.
Regarding debts, recite 'Runa Vimochana Ganapati Mantra/Stotra' daily and perform its related homam after 2 years. It will not be easy

You are correct, we won our case in High court in Mar 2018, but the banks and GuruAshish ( HDIL subsidiary ) made back end deals leading to bankruptcy plea for GuruAshish, thus trying to fraud public money.
For the solution - I should recite this mantra for 2 years - Runa Vimochana Ganapati Mantra/Stotra
then perform the homam after 2 years of mantra reciting , Correct ?

Yes.. and start tomorrow morning before sunrise and in any day, never do it beyond 2 hours from sunrise (according to your local time)
