U S travelling period

Respected Members,
I have a query regarding my travelling to abroad. I have stamped H1B USA visa that is done by my company. But company said they don't see any travelling oppportunity till february. I want to know when is the possibility of my travelling and is there any chance of getting green card in future??

There will be delay.
Good time for travelling abroad appear to start from March 2018, even if you go after feb'2017, there will be some struggle.
GC chances are very less.. atleast for 10-12 yrs from now

kindly pls help as am not able to take a decision on my future..I'm currently working as software engineer in india's one of the reputated companies and having H1B work permit for USA..but IT field is not my first choice..i think i shud start some business and quit IT..My few relatives are in australia so i thought in case i dun start business..i shud go to australia instead of USA and apply for PR there...Sometym back i started for preparing Govt. exams and dropped that idea too...i'm really in a fix ..Can you please enlighten me what could be best for me to take up and helps me in my future...really looking forward for ur valuable responses..My birth details:
