Till we conclude official chart for andhra state, we can continue here as TDP is ruling now.
Muhurtas for swear-in ceremonies won't apply to a state's future (only its formation date & time applies).
These muhurtas for swear-in apply only to that CM, his cabinet and his govt's functioning for next 5 years only.
This is like fixing a muhurta for opening a new office/business; it effects only future of that business not your entire life.

CBN has chosen excellent muhurtam to enable smoothest possible work for his govt in next 5 yrs.
2 retro planets are posing challenges on financial front but aspect of jupiter is covering up many pitholes.
I think he planned it beyond 2019 and as TDP's dasa improves from 2018, they are preparing to come back in power again after 5 yrs.
CBN will prove successful and set an example to neighbouring states of how to develop a broken piece of state without capital.
He has to avoid getting into arguments, useless challenges thrown by opponents and neighbours.
His secret meetings with PM will help his govt a lot.
He should avoid more women in his cabinet or key party posts and employ experienced men.

When will State of Andhra Pradesh get its new capital ?

The Union government-appointed Sivaramakrishnan Committee to suggest best place for building a new capital city for Andhra Pradesh
There are disagreements between Sri Chandra Babu Naidu garu, Sivaramakrishnan Committee, leaders like Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy etc. regarding the choice of Place for new Capital of Andhra pradesh.
Now no one is able to decide which place is best to be the new capital for State of  Andhra Pradesh.
When will State of Andhra Pradesh get its new capital ?
From the time Sri Chandra Babu Naidu garu became Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh he is facing lot of problems. There was severe heat wave, death of many people, late monsoon etc.
Andhra pradesh State is facing some problems from neighbouring State.
(Here I don't mean to say that People are facing lot of problems after Sri Chandra Babu Naidu garu became Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. I am just telling the events which are happening.)
When will things get better for Sri Chandra Babu Naidu garu, Govt. of Andhra pradesh and People of Andhra and Rayalaseema regions ?

the same mistake should not repeat what rulers done earlier in Hyd.(All investments kept at one place)
de-centralization is advised by sivaramakrishnan committee.
CBN maintains cordial relations with Central, ultimately it will be beneficial to A.P
from other side to hide facts / failures - to keep alive emotions in T.S, KCR taking nasty decisions, few of them against to settlers.
proving local emotions not good for any Govt.
:D recent Supreme court Judgement is one example. he knows all of this not valid legally, but his inner aim is ultimately him self created as "Protector of T.S. People", and fight for T.S People,  ;) the result is VOTES AND POWER.
As seniors predicted A.P will see good days in future.

What's the hurry to get a capital ?
If its fixed now, every NRI and local investor will try to buy land around it and create one more hyderabad like centralized blunder city.
Better let all district headquarters develop with multiple industries and then AP can have a small capital close to a city, with only govt officers.
Learn from Gujarat where capital Gandhinagar is a small town with only govt offices, while Ahmedabad, Surat etc became business centers

As mentioned earlier TDP still has 3 years if rahu dasa during which it will struggle with situations like this. Also chandrababu is going through sani dasa and his reputation will be damaged slightly. But all these cannot effect growth of andhra and party prospects in 2019.
These cases will not stand in court

TDP has 14 more months of struggle and negativity.
During last 1 year (before elections), they will try to regain some mileage. BJP can decide break alliance but it doesnt matter.
NO special status, but more packages can come before elections
