This may be quite if N.Korea becomes more hostile towards S.Korea or US. But strategically N.Korea will not dare to do so in the next 5-10 years. They don't have the financial or military strength to last even a few days against the US. By issuing nuclear threat N.Korea wants to counted as nuclear power and wants some concessions for coming back to discussion.

Yes. transits look horrible for N.Korea.
They will lose badly and its a self destructive step to initiate a war now.
They've made many empty threats in the past and also took few active steps also.
World situation now looks like their might be a war, with Mars aspecting saturn and rahu.
Within one week, sun, venus and mars will conjunct ketu and directlt aspect sat+rahu.

As someone said in this forum, mars is fighter, rahu is responsible for bomb blasts and mass destruction, ketu for mass deaths, it might happen at smaller level atleast
