By this time everyone might have clearly understood that Telangana movement (by TRS and TJAC etc) is directly proportional to Chandra Babu being in News/Public.
If he walks or talks for any issue, suddenly delhi will call local all party leaders to discuss on telangana. TRS will throw challenges, Tjac will call for bandhs, T-congress MPs will conduct meetings in their houses and give pressmeets.
If he takes rest due to ill-health, all is well in the state

this is proved again...
when chandra babu went to USA, there was no discussion about telangana issue.
now he returned to hyderabad, and congressmen are suddenly 'CREATING' news about this...
this shows their cheap mentality and lack of confidence

Currently Congress playing mind game with people of AP. I think they go with Rayala Telangana. They will put the bill in Assembly. But it will not pass in assembly. Congress will playing safe game here.

Digvijay Singh clearly knows what happened with him in past. When he was CM of madhya pradesh, he passed resolution in assembly and split chattisgargh.
Now he is no more a CM and chattisgarh went totally into naxals control.
Since that division, he left his state and is roaming around all over the country.

See what happened in uttarakhand ! They dont have funds/resources etc to handle floods.
In Jharkhand JIM is seen nowhere now after fighting for seperate state ! and that state has become another jungle

Congress putting all it's efforts to bring Rahul into P.M Seat. But even if telangana forms then there is no chance for Congress over there in telangana. Need to see how things will go.

yes. due to bad saturn dasa and bad transits of andhra pradesh, decision taken by upa-2 will be against its current form of existence.
announcement will be pro-telangana.

Here are my personal feelings in this issue
If center has already decided in favor of telangana then all discussions related to capital, water and other things should have completed at this point of time. They should have already finished the talks between seemandhra and telanagana. Even with in the seemandhra region also. I believe center will not take decision which was taken on Dec 9th. If telangana might announced then first resignations will starts with seemandhra congress leaders.

Already Congress decided to split the state...
water,income,public... other issues who is bothered...because if before 2014 elections Congress will declare it all credits goes to it only...no TRS / BJP.
Once new state declared Hyd will be combined capital for 5-6 years to resolve issues water,income,etc.,etc.,
I personnel believe strongly Congress never gives credit to others...at any cost...
it can manage Andhra Leaders easily... by offering huge package...they will be happy then.
so,before Dec'13 we will be in new state....prepare it...

varenya, you said right, but now congress wants Rahul to become PM...
you see Digvijay comments in Bangalore, for them South region its important...at least 50MP Seats are their target from A.P,Karnataka,T.N and Kerala.

Now Congress do not bother about naxals, and others...temporary benefit by declaring new state they will bag some more MP Seats in Telangana region...

So, ultimately virinchi's prediction going to become true...

Now issue is the settlers who are came from different areas in A.P & India.
TRS leaders - say they are not against who came to Hyd for their stomach...or lively hood...
This is India, as a Indian Citizen, can go any where, do job, settle its our constitutional right... who are they...
I feel this Hyderabad should be declared as Union Territory or must provide some safety rights(constitutional) to settlers who live's in Hyderabad.
other wise in coming days, we can see severe clashes among the people...

well.. i never said Telangana state will form before 2014 elections.
based on transits and present dasa of saturn, the announcement will be in favor of telangana (state or package with conditions)
however, this present scenario(created by congress) ends within 2 months and right now what they want is victory in local body elections.
after these elections, congress will further drag the issue and ultimately will decide to put up a resolution in assembly to be passed.

so, we dont have to wait till 2014 may for elections.
congress cares more about MP seats from AP, rather than MLA seats in state.
they just want to retain power in delhi and make Rahul Gandhi as their next PM.

all these 'rayal telangana' etc are only to blackmail jagan for a compromise.
he is not succumbing to any pressure till date. if he agrees to rejoin congress or even support them, he will be out of jail within a week and telangana will never form.

even if a resolution is putup in assembly, it won't pass because 175 MLAs from coastal and rayalaseema will vote against it.
even in telangana, 7 MIM and few congress MLAs will vote against it. people like Jagga Reddy (sangareddy MLA) are openly opposing T-state formation.
discussions will go on for many days and if necessary voting will be done. and if situations go out of control, assembly and parliament will be dissolved and everything will be postponed.
congress will go to campaign stating that they introduced bill but others didnt support.

if voting is done, then 200+ out of 294 votes go against T-resolution, and UPA-2 will say that there is no consensus in state, so decision can't be taken (as if all decisions in their party like kiran kumar reddy's appointment as CM were made with 100% consensus)
