Dear Virinchi, i feel sorry, its my fault to understand your readings in right way.
but let me clear few things,
okay, in A.P Assembly resolution may not be pass, due to seemandhra MLA's majority more.
1.But Congress can put the bill in Loksabha, as BJP already gave promise, if congress put the Bill they will support it...what is your comment?
2. Through Ordinance, Congress can declare a new state..?
3. So, ultimately A.P will united or separated?

I ignore one more imp.point, as you said if Congress willn't come in the Center...so BJP is more chances to come to the power...

here also BJP also gave promise once they come in power, with in 1-3 months they declare Telangana State...

congress doesn't have the history of splitting states.
already digvijay singh has experienced what he lost when chattisgarh was split when he was madhya pradesh CM.
after that split, he lost power in his own state and roaming allover india and chattisgarh fell into naxals hand.

country has already seen what happened to JMM who fought for jharkhand state. Now that party is seen nowhere.
we've also seen how a small state like uttarakhand could not handle floods situation and had to rely completely on external help.

congress will try to keep the issue alive forever (or atleast till chandrababu is alive and jagan is not joining them).
BJP will not fulfill their promise as they wont even win 1 MP seat from telangana.
So, they'll show this reason and say that you people didn't believe us, so we won't help you.

What constituition says : to form a new state or join two existing states, assembly resolution is mandatory but not necessary to be won.
what is necessary is bill to be passed in loksabha and rajyasabha, then approved by president.
if it is stopped at any level, the proces fails.
So, assembly resolution has to be putup first and then based on that voting, discussions can go in loksabha etc.

How was NDA able to split 3 states ? because existing states of UP, MP, Bihar passed resolutions in assembly and no MLA or MP raised any objection.
In coalition govt, you can't blindly pass a bill/resolution without others agreeing.

Only people who blindly watch tv without political/constituitional/history knowledge or people who get carried away by statements of people lik Kcr, will get into these useless discussions.

30 years back congress created such dilemma situations in AP where nobody knew who would be 'appointed' as CM by indira gandhi and there was political chaos and vaccum created.
Saturn was in Virgo and Libra during the period when NTR started telugu desam party and came to power.
congress lost because of all the drama they tried to create.

Now again congress drama called telangana issue was started to keep chandra babu in check during 2009-10. (saturn in virgo)
They added new item 'rayala telangana' to control jagan (saturn in libra)
ultimately they'll lose everything and disappear from AP.
states like tamilnadu are more stable because they've kicked useless congress out forever.

i guess same will happen in AP with YSRCP and TDP remaining after 2014.
all congressmen will jump into either parties.
TRS will also shutdown or degrade to CPI/CPM level.

BJP cannot give telangana state as they(if at all) form govt in delhi with NDA parties.
from AP, either jagan or chandra babu or both will have to support them and nothing can be done to create T-state.
also people like jayalalitha, mamta banerjee will not support T-state formation in loksabha because it will create nuisance in their states.
already bengal is facing gorkhaland issue.
siva sena will not support this as they face seperate vidharbha issue.
without all these parties, BJP alone is useless

congress and TRS can continue their dramas as long as people are fools
i'm sure nothing will happen and drama artists will bite dust in elections
