is AC good in bedroom for sound sleep ?

me and my sister used to share bedroom before my marriage and she had the habit of swicthing on AC and keeping temp. below 18 always even in winter

now even my husband does the same

is using AC that much effecting  my sleep

as much i know.. a room with AC will have the good n bad air circulating in the room itself. it got no way to go out as ppl unventilise the room. due to which breathing vl b tuff in tha miid nyts n obviousli it tends to disturbin sleep.

also ppl who get used to AC are usually seen with a black pigmention from thr fore-head to cheeks.

AC is bedroom is okay only to some extent in summer
if you are using it 365 days, then u will get older soon

by its own concept AC sucks moisture from our skin which will create wrinkles early and by 30 you look like 45

but when in its extremely hot while driving a car, its ok to use AC with moderate coldness

else at work and home AC is a killer

lol :lol: try to plant a neem tree beside window of your bedroom and when it grows enuf, open window and sleep breathing fresh oxygen

but i herd somwer dat we shuldnt sleep under a tree in the nights i think they emit co2 in the night or some other reason...

not under a tree in open. because if lighning strikes, trees act as antennas and absorb them and even our bones will not be found
also emitting co2 after sunset is a reason, but its not for all trees
neem tree is natural a/c

we can sleep with a neem tree near window
