What makes us see disturbing dreams and why?
why do few people have nightmares during midnight and why few have them early morning?
why few remember everything from a dream and why few forget !

why few dont even dream and sleep sound all nights

What makes us see disturbing dreams and why?  -  answer maybe because they slept with disturbing thoughts..  on other hands, it can also be taken as a message that is giving a clue of wts gonna happen next in life or a clue to solve their problems( onli if u find the dream is a message oriented).

why do few people have nightmares during midnight and why few have them early morning? - time of dreams depends completely on how good sleep thy had. i mean few people sleep early say as 9pm but they actually sleep good during midnyt say 1-2am or fell asleep in the earli morning..  dreams arrive when the person is asleep tight.. its sure that no dreams in disturbed sleep.

why few remember everything from a dream and why few forget ! - its again depends on the dreams arriving time. it means suppose i slept at 11pm, dream arrives when i am deep into sleep, if the dream is good/bad, i probabli wake up, see time, have a glass of water then again goto sleep thinking of the dream, this keeps the dream remembering.. or also the dream is remembered if it km jus b4 to awaking time.
but few people forget dream even in the above conditions its because the person would have probably find the dream meaning n then would\'ve slept more good than b4.

why few dont even dream and sleep sound all nights? - ususally people who are more disturbed in life wont sleep or take an advantage of dreaming.. very few know that god(or a supernatural power) helps us solve our problems or give us intimations of upcoming future thru dreams..

sleep to your left and try to have a pillow or even 2 pillow at your right touching your back, preventing you from rolling on to right side during sleep unknowingly
if you sleep on left side, yo\'ll breath through surya naadi (right nostril) and have good health and sound sleep
if you sleep on right side, yo\'ll breath through chandra naadi (left nostril) and have subconscious mind activated and will experience dreams
if they will be good or bad dreams depends on what you are going through in daily life

also have early dinner and have a glass of warm milk and dont watch tv or use PC/laptop for atleast 1 hour before sleep

i tried this but sometime in middle of night everything gets kicked off :smilegrin: and i come back to sleeping on right side and wake up with wierd dream

i think we have disturbing dreams when we see/listen something bad in daytime or when we cross over places where people died or evil eye was removed and substances thrown over there
long back when i was travelling on a highway i stopped roadside to wash my face and then threw the bottle into bushes.
that night i had a violent dream that someone was killing me in bushes and i shouted.

morning i saw in newspaper that someone was killed at same spot where i threw bottle

make sure you do some grounding exercises before sleeping if you are of any profession or even jobless

disturbing dreams come because of these reasons :

1. indigestion of dinner
2. bad vibrations caught by your body before bedtime
3. parasite souls

first reason can be because of improper functioning of some organ inside

If you have bad dream or wake up during these timings, then check :

1-3 am = Liver
3-5 am = Lung
5-7 am = Colon
7-9 am = Stomach
9-11 am = Spleen
11 am - 1 pm = Heart
1-3 pm = Sm.Intestine
3-5 pm = Bladder
5-7 pm = Kidney
7-9 pm = Pericardium
9-11 pm = Triple Warmer
11 pm - 1 am = Gall Bladder

Hello everyone, adding to the discussion;
4th house=sleep
4th house=midnight time
4th house significator is moon as kaalpurush rashi is cancer.
cancer rashi=vivid imagination,dreamy and photographic.
rahu=illusions.
saturn or rahu in 4th house or in aspect may not give sleep to native, resulting in dreamy illutions =dreams.
I think the above also makes us see disturbing dreams apart from health disorders.

Its true tht few remember everythng.....
3rd house=subconscious mind. Hershel or Neptune or jupiter with moon makes here favourable for mind to elevate n expand intutive faculty, psycic n mental work.

Guys who dnt even dream n have sound sleep all night are the lucky ones....no dreams no tensions.

Ravi Varma,

But we shouldn\'t sleep to our left side. Sleeping to the right side is the correct method. If you go to any Yoga, Meditation, Acupuncturists & Homeopaths, etc, they\'ll ask you to sleep to your right side only. Because Heart is in the left side. If you give your total body weight and thrust the left side, it\'s not good.
