This is not a strong muhurtham. CBN will face Anti-incumbency from march-april 2028 (1 year before next election).
Capital development will re-start and some good things happen in state but over all dasa of AP is weak since 2018, so do NOT expect miracles in these 5 years.
Best is to transfer power in middle of this term to next generation and remain as party chief or advisor.

It did not make any difference. Just that power transfer process can be shifted few days/weeks.
There are more challenges ahead. Initial 10 months is good but later sudden and drastic changes can be expected.
2026-27 good year for development and also same time Jagan horoscope is showing lot of hurdles. He can go to jail to escape from country around 2027.
But by 2028 march-april, someone will appear as opposition for next elections.

PK swear-in time indicates nothing special. It will be CBN all the way. JSP will not develop cadre for future and just enjoy power now.

Lokesh swear-in time is better than above two. March 2028 - May 2032 is his tough time. He can lose power or his ideas can back fire. But during June 2032-July 2034, he will comeback strongly

Jagan will be in jail or arrested while trying to escape to other country or go to other country. Seems to be YSRCP is preparing alternative for Jagan by bringing her daughter in couple of years. Please give eloberate in YCP horoscope thread.
TDP will loose power in 2029 and will be back 2023 period. Even CBN garu taken ministers now accoring to Lokesh wish and he kept all old leaders kept away from the ministries indicating that power transfer will happen smoothly to Lokesh.
JSP will not build cadre and some other other guys from opposition will form the next government. But this point there is noone currently in opposition party other than Jagan. Sharmila who is representing congress was outrightly rejected by her own district only with this election eventhough she went against her brother and even her mother supported her. I assume even in next election also Congress will be in the same position as currently. So this area is complete bleak at this moment. Not sure that who is that guy that much worthy

If same trio TDP+BJP+JSP continue, then they will win 2029 too but with lesser majority.
But Lokesh horoscope indicates tough time in 2028-32.

Basically AP is going through bad dasa at least until 2035. So nobody will rule for 10-15 years constantly and develop the state.
Even if one party rules for 2 terms, CM will change
