Is purpose of Astrology to know only Future?

but coming back to whats use of consulting an astrologer ?
unless they cant show u a way to get rid of bad karma.

whats the point of a doctor just telling you that you\'ve a disease and need to cope with it.
He will have to treat and will you get cured or not depends on many factors

same applies to astrologer.
just telling whats good or bad or just asking everyone to meditate is not right solution.
you cannot give same medicine to cough and cold.
remedies should vary from person to person depending on their social, financial, ethical backgrounds etc.

astrologer/palmist/tarot reader/psychic reader will be known succesuful only when their remedies vary from person to person(which shows their knowledge and experience) and also when they work on their clients

Astrology is only for guidance, It should not affect you emotionally and your decisions should not be purely based on predictions as you dont know how good the predictors are?
