Contesting for student elections

I am back with another question. So this is the final year of my graduation.
And I am contesting student elections this time for deptt. representative post. Voting is on 26 August 2015 at 10:00 AM or around in Chandigarh.
I am a little less popular than the other 4 candidates but I am in the good looks.
I am just wondering will I win for this post ? I choose 218 number.

If I win, it'll be a major achievement for me.
