my younger brother is born on 14th july 1983 at 00:10 hrs at Tanjavur, tamilnadu
we later migrated to mumbai and settled there for many years.
now i went abroad and he remained in mumbai

whenever we tried to consult an astrologer, we got contradicting horoscopes and result predictions.
few said his lagna is pisces and few say its aries
infact i tried softwares in your site\'s download section

but later shifted 2 jobs and now shuttling between mumbai and pune

only pisces lagna people will be short and shy
aries lagna are tall and aggressive
He wont complete his PG but will try to drag it
He wont go  abroad by himself

your younger brother\'s lagna is pisces but it fell in last degree so he will not have good aspect from jupiter who is already retro in scorpio
also to save from saturn\'s transit now it is advisable to visit lord shiva temples frequently (once in a week atleast)
