To sell the House because of neighbour´s trouble

A family is having lot of quarrels with their neighbour since many years, now they want to sell the house and buy a new house some where else. The family women has given the Kp.Nr.177.Please help to know the result.

they'll get somewhat good deal in 2015
they should try to sell and move to a new place
