meditation is not exactly for longer life(nobody can guarantee 100 yrs life, as we may die in an accident too)
pranayaama is certainly for helathy body and mind which can give you longer diseaseless life

If you are truthful and honest and lead a spiritual life you will always come across the right Saint. Why do people flock to such Saints? It is only because these Saints make tall promises and one expects immediate relief from their problems. You too can become such a Saint by reading some spiritual books and have little knowledge of Astrology/Palmistry/Numerology and some Magic etc. etc. and can fool lakhs of people. So if our mind and heart is clear and we are ready to meet the right Guru, Guru will automatically appear in your life. In fact real Gurus and Sadgurus are themselves in search of such persons for it is their Duty to draw us to HIM in this world.
Women are instantly attracted to false Saints. My Sadguru always said that a Woman\'s Husband is her Guru. If you are tempted to a woman whichever way then you are anything but a spiritual person. Once one reaches that high state that a real Guru/Sadguru reach then women and men are all one for them. A True Devotee -- Guru -- Sadguru has nothing to do with Politicians. They won\'t even welcome them and if a politician of a very high status visits them, these Saints simply vanish temporarily. My Sadguru, it is said, avoided meeting Indiraji, feining illness, at other times when politicians came, he knew in advance and would go away for 5/6 hours with his devotees to far off place and return back once the person has come and left. Once you get involved with a politician then you see the result of Chandraswami, Saccha Sauda Sects in Sirsa, Asa Ram Bapu and so on and so forth. If you are not involved with them you are safe and sound.
These Saints have the powers which you can not even dream. They are as good as God\'s representative with miraculous powers to do anything but they rarely do it as that would frighten others. I have mentioned elsewhere that once 14 Dacoits came to attack my Beloved Sadguru, with guns to rob HIM or his 500 Sets of Silver Plates, spoons, glasses and Katoris. HE told his followers to hide immediately in another room. The Dacoits asked my Sadguru to hand over all those silver utensils. HE said how HE could have such costly things. As the Dacoits pointed gun at HIM in a moment HE transformed into 14 Babas with thick sticks in their hand and started beating these Dacoits. Afterwards when the dacoits asked forgivance HE offered them food in those same utensils and ask them to take it away. Do you think Dacoits would dare take away the utensils? So when you meet a genuine person you will know the difference otherwise you will keep doubting who is right and who is wrong.

When you are ready to meet them and your Desire is Great definitely they will present themselves before you or you may be taken to see them by someone or by chance you come across them for True Saints are always in search of people to take them nearer to God. That is their work in this world. They never accept any money nor anything else. Even the prasad etc. given is distributed to others. This is the true sign. They do not wear much clothes for they have no attachment to these and they have always love for all in their heart and if anyone goes to them they are there at the service of mankind but there are many people who just want their work done and are not interested in knowing about God and HIS creation.

Like attracts like. Those who are sinful and have done lots of wrong and earned money through dubious means are attracted to these fake babas. To find a true one is impossible for such men and for those who are truthful and honest and live a clean life have greatest chance of coming across true Saints whether they be in Saffron robes, or any cloth or even as a simple human being.

now no one talks about nityanandas past who had been to jail booked in cases.he is now pumping about himself on devotional channels with his speech to his devotees saying \"people tried to do what all they wanted to defame me but no body can stop godly person like me... ..\" during his period in jail many news channels have shown his past by speaking to his mother, friends,relatives they also said like what he used to do from childhood to this stage like wandering freely without work in the streets.god help those innocent people who blindly follow these fake babas.
